Exemptions from the duty to contribute
Organisations and associations that occasionally provide healthcare with small FTE shares in connection with events such as sporting events and similar are exempted from paying contributions to NPE.

Duty to report changes
Only changes to the enterprise must be reported to NPE by 1 February. This refers to changes to the number and composition of healthcare personnel groups and FTEs.

See "Regulations on change..." for separate deadlines applicable to the registration of new enterprises, discontinuation of enterprises and change of address, telephone number and other contact information.

Contributions - prices
The prices (contribution rates) have been changed in line with the experiences during the period in which the private health service has been covered by the scheme. The table shows the calculated risk group for health personnel groups and the annual price.
